The Emergency Response & Community Resilience Program of the Youth Development Foundation (YDF) mobilizes its strong network of trained youth leaders and volunteers to support communities during disasters and emergencies. During the 2025 floods, YDF assisted 2,000+ affected families across three provinces of Pakistan by providing monthly food packages, tents, bedding, blankets, medicines, and dignity kits for young women and girls.
Working in coordination with government departments and global humanitarian organizations, YDF also organized medical camps with support from partners such as Doctors Without Borders and established Temporary Learning Centers in collaboration with education departments to prevent school dropouts and support children from flood-affected and underprivileged communities.
